随着我国社会经济形势的不断变化,国有企业体制改革的步伐也在逐步加快,部分大型国有企业在重组过程中建立了规范的董事会治理结构,不但有利于提高企业管理的效率和质量,而且适应了社会主义市场经济的发展潮流。但是由于受到传统观念及管理形式的限制,国有企业董事会在治理中还普遍存在一些问题,必须及时制定有效的对策,否则将影响到国有企业的生存和发展。
