改革开放以来,我国的农业、工业以及轻工业都有了很大的改变,经济实力获得了大幅提升,水利、水电事业也获得了极大的成就,大坝建设技术已经达到了国际化的先进水准。大型水利工程建设,不但促进了我国的经济发展,也改变了人们工作、生活的状况,可是在这个成就的背后,也出现了很多问题,特别是水利工程建设给生态环境造成的影响。比如江河湖海的水文状况的改变、水环境质量的问题、对于人类健康的问题、大气的问题以及环境地质的问题等。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s agriculture, industry and light industry have undergone tremendous changes. The economic strength has been greatly improved. The water conservancy and hydropower projects have also achieved great success. The dam construction technology has reached the international advanced level . The construction of large-scale water conservancy projects has not only promoted the economic development of our country, but also changed people’s working and living conditions. However, behind this achievement, many problems have emerged, especially the impact of water conservancy projects on the ecological environment. For example, the hydrological conditions of rivers and lakes and sea, the quality of water environment, human health issues, atmospheric problems and environmental geology issues.
