本文报道了一种葡萄糖传感针的研制及它对大鼠在体测量的初步应用.该传感针基于将葡萄糖氧化酶固定在外径0.4mm不锈钢针管尖端,内用pH敏感针指示酶反应产生的pH变化.本传感针的结构设计与加工工艺系首次报道,可用于在体传感与针刺治疗.测定时间约3min,线性范围1~13mmol,使用寿命达30d以上,重现性及稳定性均较好,该针巳能够用于大白鼠肌肉内葡萄糖浓度变化的动态观察.
