本文就车载雷达发射机实现纯水冷却时遇到的一些技术问题分别给予论述,其中着重分析:1)水质处理。设计采用全系统密封、充氮气、离子交换、气水分离、精密过滤等技术措施,使系统获得质量稳定的纯水、降低了水垢的产生,并使正交场放大管带高电位(+23KV)的阴极能用水冷,提高了冷却效果;2)噪声治理。研究了水泵产生噪声的原因,设计了一种新颖阻抗复合消声器,施用隔声和减振,使系统噪声级由83dB(A)降到63.5dR(A)。
In this paper, the vehicle radar transmitter to achieve pure water cooling encountered some technical problems were given, respectively, which focuses on the analysis: 1) water quality. The cause of the pump noise was studied. A novel impedance composite muffler was designed to reduce the system noise level from 83dB (A) to 63.5dR (A) by applying sound insulation and vibration damping.
