1958年,我省已实现基本消灭黑热病。其后仅有散在病例发生。1973年开始,在全省开展了基本消灭黑热病后的监测工作。十年中共确诊5例黑热病患者,认为我省的黑热病流行已趋终止。1983年以来,继续对我省的黑热病发病及传播媒介白蛉的残存情况进行了监测,现将结果报告于后。
In 1958, our province has basically eliminated kala-azar. Since then only scattered cases have occurred. Since 1973, monitoring in the province after basically eliminating kala-azar has been carried out. In the past 10 years, the CCP diagnosed 5 cases of kala-azar and thought that the epidemic of kala-azar in our province has come to an end. Since 1983, we have continued to monitor the incidence of kala-azar in our province and the remnants of the white catfish that are transmitted by the media. The results are reported later.
