招投标活动天生具有倾向性,是招标方与投标方控制与反控制的博弈,投标方需要高于常人的见解并找到招标方弱点。本模拟案例通过对某货物招标进行投标追踪分析以展现控标技巧。
Tender activities are inherently tendentious, which is the game between bidder and bidder control and counter-control. The bidder needs more opinions than ordinary people and find the tenderer’s weakness. The simulation case through bidding on a tender tracking analysis to show the control skills.
