为了通过移动通信网提供个人化、智能化和多媒体业务,已研制出一种移动业务控制点(M—SCP),用于执行位置寄存器与业务控制两种功能。M-SCP设在公共平台上,便于新业务的引入。通过采用降低进程转换的频率,规定实时任务的最优先权,以及使用多处理器结构等软件技术,实现更快速的实时处理。这在计算机模拟及现场研究中已得到证实。
In order to provide personal, intelligent and multimedia services over the mobile communications network, a Mobile Service Control Point (M-SCP) has been developed for both location register and traffic control functions. M-SCP is located on a public platform to facilitate the introduction of new services. Achieve faster, real-time processing by reducing the frequency of process transitions, specifying the highest priority for real-time tasks, and using software technologies such as multi-processor architectures. This has been confirmed in computer simulations and field studies.
