目的观察调肠理气片优化方对功能性便秘(FC)气秘证大鼠排便时间、小肠推进率、结肠组织内胃动素(MOT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响,以观其疗效并探讨其作用的可能机制。方法以优化方治疗FC气秘证模型大鼠,记录各鼠首粒黑便时间、小肠推进率;检测结肠组织内胃动素(MOT)、CGRP浓度,并与泽马可组、模型组、空白对照组进行比较。结果干预治疗后,优化组、泽马可组、空白对照组大鼠排便时间较短且相近(P>0.05),与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);小肠推进率方面,泽马可组高于其他各组,其余3组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);优化方组结肠组织内MOT浓度仅次于空白组、CGRP浓度仅高于空白组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调肠理气片优化组方对FC有一定的疗效,对相关胃肠激素也有一定的调节作用,作用部位可能以结肠为主。
Objective To observe the effects of Tiaogicaiqi Decoction on defecation time, intestinal propulsion rate, motilin (CGRP) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in colon of rats with functional constipation (FC) View its efficacy and explore the possible mechanism of its role. Methods The optimized prescription was used to treat the model rats of FC gas-secreting syndrome, and the first tablets’ melatonin time and small intestine propulsion rate were recorded. The concentration of motilin and CGRP in colonic tissue were detected and compared with Zemake’s model group, Blank control group for comparison. Results After the intervention, the defecation time in the optimized group, the zumaco group and the blank control group was shorter and similar (P> 0.05). Compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). In the small intestine propulsion rate, Zemake group was higher than other groups, and the other three groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The concentration of CGRP was only higher than the blank group Group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Tiaogi qi tablets optimized group of FC has a certain effect on the relevant gastrointestinal hormones also have some regulatory role, the role of the site may be dominated by the colon.
