采用束缚水浸法造成大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤模型,观察溃疡指数,运用Westerndotblot法检测大鼠血浆及胃组织中热休克蛋白(HSPs)水平的变化。并对目组织的HSPs作免疫组织化学研究、结果表明:热处理组和健脾益气组的溃疡指数极其显著低于模型组(P<0.01),但血浆及胃组织中的HSPs显著高于模型组(P<0.05).溃疡指数与HSPs表达水平呈明显负相关。提示热处理及健脾益气方处理能诱导大鼠提高HSPs的表达,防止胃粘膜损伤,表明HSPs。可能介导胃粘膜防御。
The model of acute gastric mucosal injury in rats was induced by irreversible water immersion, and the ulcer index was observed. The changes of heat shock proteins (HSPs) in rat plasma and stomach tissue were detected by Western blot. The immunohistochemical study of HSPs in the target tissues showed that the ulcer index of the heat treatment group and the Jianpiyiqi group was significantly lower than that of the model group (P<0.01), but the HSPs in the plasma and stomach tissues were significantly higher. In the model group (P <0.05). The ulcer index was negatively correlated with the expression level of HSPs. It is suggested that heat treatment and Jianpiyiqi treatment can induce the expression of HSPs in rats and prevent gastric mucosal damage, indicating HSPs. May mediate gastric mucosal defenses.
