原发恶性鼻腔肿瘤较少见,多发于老年人。因其早期症状很不典型,故往往在患病很久才被觉察。文献上仅有少数局限于鼻腔肿瘤的报道,原因之一是因为鼻腔和副鼻窦肿瘤的恶变,起病过程通常不易确定。对鼻腔和副鼻窦肿瘤至今尚无公认的分期法。对原发恶性鼻腔肿瘤使用放疗,尤其是放疗和外科手术联合使用很重要,这种肿瘤经及时的诊断和专科治疗有很好的疗效。
Primary malignant nasal tumors are rare and frequently occur in the elderly. Because its early symptoms are not typical, it is often observed only after a long period of illness. There are only a few reports of nasal cavity tumors in the literature. One of the reasons is that the onset of the tumor is not always easy because of the malignant changes in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. There is no universally accepted staging method for nasal and paranasal sinus tumors. The use of radiotherapy for primary malignant nasal tumors, especially the combined use of radiotherapy and surgery, is very important. The timely diagnosis and specialist treatment of this type of tumor have a good effect.
