自从1982年10期本刊刊登了我的文章“5CrMnMo热锻模热处理新工艺”后,前后接到不少单位同志来信反映说:怕产生裂纹,不敢提高淬火温度,现在再补充说明如下: 提高淬火温度后增加奥氏体中溶解的合金元素,可以增加钢的热强度,从而提高锻模的寿命,这一事实是大家都熟悉的。但是提高淬火温度后,出炉后虽经过缓冷,但是心部温度仍然较高,因而热应力较大,容易产生裂纹,尤其对于大型模更担受产生裂纹的风险,因而影响新工艺的推广,现
