为了加快农民工富余劳动力转,加强少数民族农民工管理和培训,力求将少数民族农民工各项措施落到实处,库尔勒市政府因地制宜的开展了形式多样、内容丰富的培训工作。但由于受到经济发展水平、管理体制和机制的影响,库尔勒市少数民族农民工培训还存在诸多问题。通过对库尔勒市少数民族农民工培训现状的分析研究,并结合库尔勒市实际,提出具体意见和建议。希望能够对库尔勒市农民工培训工作提供一些理论基础,为库尔勒市少数民族农民工培训工作提供参考,为政府有关部门、相关培训机构进一步完善少数民族农民工培训工作提供一定的依据。
