本文用几何方法,求出记录和再现波长不同时,点源全息透镜纵球差、横球差及最小明晰圆直径的表达式。利用此式计算了4880A波长记录,6328A波长再现的纵球差和横球差。纵球差计算与测量结果一致。讨论了在全息球面干涉仪中,如用记录与再现波长不同的点源全息透镜,对仪器性能产生的影响。
In this paper, by using the geometric method, the expression of the difference of the longitudinal spherical aberration, the transverse spherical aberration and the minimum clear circular diameter of the point-source holographic lens when the recording and reproducing wavelengths are different is obtained. Using this formula, 4880A wavelength recording, 6328A wavelength reproduction of the longitudinal and transverse spherical aberration. Longitudinal difference calculation and measurement results.
