通过盆栽试验研究了磷钾营养对渍水条件下大麦若干生理生化性状的影响。结果表明 ,淹水后各处理大麦叶片叶绿素含量、光合作用强度、叶片和根系SOD活性、根系活力都有较大幅度的下降 ;叶片游离脯氨酸含量、根系质膜透性以及叶片和根系MDA含量明显增加。施用磷肥或钾肥可在一定程度上缓解上述的变化 ,磷钾肥配施则效果更佳。施用磷、钾肥可以减缓渍水对大麦生长的不良影响。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of phosphorus and potassium nutrition on some physiological and biochemical characters of barley under waterlogging condition. The results showed that leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthesis intensity, leaf and root activity of SOD and root vigor decreased significantly after flooding. Free proline content, the permeability of root system plasma membrane and root MDA Significant increase in content. The application of phosphate fertilizer or potassium fertilizer can alleviate the above changes to a certain extent, and the combination of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer is better. The application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer can reduce the adverse effects of waterlogging on the growth of barley.
