“五一”前,记者去华北一家亚洲最大的企业采访,该公司去年成功登陆香港主板市场,筹资近30亿港币,公司董事长说,准备投资建一个年产200万吨的钢厂。记者问他3个问题:一是全国在建的钢铁厂有多少个?二是这些钢铁厂建成后全国年产钢有几亿吨?三是国家下大力调控投资过热,国家发改委原则上不再批准新建钢铁联合企业和独立炼铁厂、炼钢厂,公司还要投资吗?该公司董事长回答记者:“我们民营企业看不到政府文件,信息闭塞,哪能了解这么多,咱想国家控制投资把国有企业控制住了,目前钢材价格这么好,咱民营企业不需要国家投资,上钢厂正好去占领国有企业不敢投资的市场空缺”。
