随着城市化进程的加快,新生代农民工已成为现代化建设中的重要力量,他们的城市融入问题也日益成为和谐社会构建过程中迫切需要关注的问题。本文从分析新生代农民工城市融入的现状入手,进而指出阻碍其城市融入的主要障碍,并从政府、社会、主体三个方面提出了相应对策,以期对新生代农民工城市融入问题的解决有所帮助。解决新生代农民工城市融入问题对于当今中国构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大意义。
With the acceleration of the process of urbanization, the new generation of migrant workers has become an important force in the modernization drive.
