在全球网络化和档案馆数字化大潮涌动下,我国档案馆出现了两个动向:数字档案馆“热”和信息资源共享“潮”。加大力度充分开发利用各类档案信息资源为社会服务,使社会更加深刻地了解档案,利用档案,是档案工作的当务之急。档案信息资源是保持历史原貌和推动社会进步的重要因素。档案信息资源可根据其载体形式分为纸质档案信息资源和网络信息资源两大类。纸质档案信息资源具有较强的系统性、连续性和稳定性。网络档案信息资源具有访问的快捷性、馆际共享性,保证了档案的查全率和查准率,但同时也具有网络的不安全性。
With the worldwide network and the surging digitization of archives, there are two trends in our archives: digital archives “hot ” and information resources sharing “tide ”. Intensifying efforts to fully exploit and utilize all kinds of archival information resources to serve the society so that the society can understand and use archives more deeply will be the pressing matter of the archives work. File information resources are an important factor in maintaining the original appearance of history and promoting social progress. File information resources can be divided into two major categories: paper file information resources and network information resources according to their carrier forms. Paper archives information resources have strong systematic, continuity and stability. Network archives information resources have the advantages of quick access, inter-communal sharing, guaranteeing the recall rate and precision of archives, but also have network insecurity.
