目的对深圳市售乳制品中硫氰酸盐含量进行检测,了解乳制品中硫氰酸盐的本底含量。方法监测点分布于全市9个区的超市,随机抽取市售乳制品196份,采用离子色谱法测定乳制品中硫氰酸钠含量。结果 196份乳制品硫氰酸钠检出率为100%,检测值为2.29~51.8mg/kg。成人乳粉和婴幼儿乳粉硫氰酸钠检出值均较高,均值分别为24.38mg/kg和24.45mg/kg,液态奶硫氰酸钠检出值较低,均值为6.46mg/kg。将乳粉中硫氰酸钠含量折算称生乳中含量,成人和婴幼儿乳粉硫氰酸钠含量均值分别为3.17mg/kg和3.18mg/kg,均低于液态奶中硫氰酸钠均值含量6.46mg/kg。深圳市居民通过乳粉和液态奶,硫氰酸钠的暴露量为6.05μg/kg和12.33μg/kg标准人每日。结论市售乳制品中硫氰酸盐检出率高,尤其婴幼儿乳粉值得关注,非常有必要对我国生鲜乳中硫氰酸盐的正常生理浓度开展全面的调查,保障人民健康。
Objective To detect the content of thiocyanate in dairy products in Shenzhen and to understand the background content of thiocyanate in dairy products. Methods Monitoring points were distributed in 9 districts of the city’s supermarkets, 196 were randomly selected dairy products, the use of ion chromatography determination of sodium thiocyanate in dairy products. Results The detection rate of 196 sodium thiocyanate in dairy products was 100% and the detection value was 2.29 ~ 51.8mg / kg. Adult milk powder and infant milk powder sodium thiocyanate detection values were higher, the average were 24.38mg / kg and 24.45mg / kg, liquid sodium thiocyanate low detection value, mean 6.46mg / kg . The content of sodium thiocyanate in milk powder is converted to the content in raw milk. The average contents of sodium thiocyanate in adult milk powder and infant milk powder are 3.17mg / kg and 3.18mg / kg, respectively, which are lower than the average of sodium thiocyanate in liquid milk The content of 6.46mg / kg. Shenzhen residents through milk powder and liquid milk, sodium thiocyanate exposure to 6.05μg / kg and 12.33μg / kg standard human daily. Conclusion The detection rate of thiocyanate in commercial dairy products is high, especially the milk powder of infant and young children deserves our attention. It is very necessary to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the normal physiological concentration of thiocyanate in fresh milk in our country to ensure people’s health.
