一、方法原理这个方法是根据用一定量已知浓度的稀盐酸处理土壤,一部分H~+离子与土壤吸收性块基进行着当量的交换作用;而中和了一部分酸,所剩余的酸用标准硷液滴定,由其前后之差计算盐基总量.根据我们对江汉平原土壤分析结果,证明用0.02~0.03NHCl处理土壤,结果与醋酸铵淋洗法是一致的.有些支献上介绍用0.05HCI处理土壤,经我们用此法试验,记为对土壤胶体(尤其是有机胶体)是有破坏作用的.用盐酸测定土壤武验结果:
