2016年全球肉鸡生产量可能达到8 954.8万吨,增长幅度不足1%。全球肉鸡出口量将达到1 079.3万吨,增长5.26%,扭转了全球肉鸡出口下降的趋势。进口量会达到890.6万吨,增长了3.25%。2016年中国肉鸡生产下降了5.22%,,生产量为1 270.0万吨;消费量为1 271.5万吨,减少4.16%。中国肉鸡出口39.5万吨,肉鸡进口41.0万吨,比去年同期下降了53.0%。综合分析认为,外需低迷,内需不振,国际贸易保护主义倾向抬头,以及高致病性禽流感频发是当前全球肉鸡产业面临的主要问题。
The global production of broiler chickens in 2016 may reach 89.548 million tons, an increase of less than 1%. Global broiler exports will reach 107.93 million tons, an increase of 5.26%, reversing the downward trend in global broiler exports. Imports will reach 8.960 million tons, an increase of 3.25%. In 2016, China’s broiler production decreased by 5.22% and its output was 12.7 million tons. Its consumption was 12.715 million tons, a decrease of 4.16%. Chinese chicken exports 395,000 tons, 410,000 tons of broiler imports, down 53.0% over the same period last year. Comprehensive analysis shows that the sluggish external demand, sluggish domestic demand, the tendency of international trade protectionism to rise, and the frequent occurrence of HPAI are the major problems currently facing the global chicken industry.
