加强成人教育质量管理已经成为共识,然而传统的管理不能适应新形势和成人教育自身的发展要求。本文从成人教育质量管理关系、管理过程以及管理保障三方面分析其参与者主体性,从而走向对话管理的新范式,并最终提升成人教育质量管理。
Strengthening the quality management of adult education has become a consensus, however, the traditional management can not meet the new situation and the development of adult education itself. This article analyzes the participants’ subjectivity from three aspects: the relationship between adult education quality management, the management process and the management assurance, and then moves to the new paradigm of dialogue management and ultimately enhances the quality management of adult education.
