本实验通过观察火焰环燃烧的火苗分布,形象生动地展现了两列相向传播的波列在环内空间相干并形成驻波的情况。火苗的波峰和波谷数目随入射声波的频率改变而有规律的变化。
In this experiment, by observing the flames distribution of the flame ring combustion, the image vividly shows the situation that two rows of counter-propagating wavelets cohere in the ring space and form a standing wave. The number of crests and valleys varies regularly with the frequency of incident sound waves.
