分析鸡冠花炒炭前后无机元素的含量变化。采用湿法消解ICP-AES测定6个产地,10个批次鸡冠花生品及其炭品中21种无机元素的含量。鸡冠花炒炭前后无机元素的种类不变,炒炭后除了Ca含量明显升高,Na的含量明显降低之外,其余各无机元素含量变化不明显。炒炭对鸡冠花中无机元素的含量具有一定的影响。
Analysis of the content of inorganic elements before and after the cockscomb fry carbon. ICP-AES was used to determine the content of 21 inorganic elements in six producing areas and ten batches of cockscomb peanut and its carbon products by wet digestion. The types of inorganic elements before and after the cockscomb charcoal invariably remained unchanged. The contents of Ca, Ca and Ca after carbonization obviously increased, while the contents of Na decreased obviously. The content of other inorganic elements did not change obviously. Fried carbon has a certain impact on the content of inorganic elements in the cockscomb flower.
