目的:探讨CD_(44)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、vWF:Ag在正常淋巴组织及不同恶性度非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)中的表达规律及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学LSAB法。结果:①在正常淋巴组织中,分化趋于成熟的小淋巴细胞CD_(44)表达呈强阳性,而生发中心处于转化阶段的淋巴细胞CD_(44)不表达。②不同恶性度NHL均不同水平表达CD_(44),其中高度及中度恶性者CD_(44)呈强阳性,高度恶性者阳性率高于中度恶性者,其差异具有显著性(P<0.05);10例低度恶性者中,只有2例弱表达,其余均为阴性,与前二者之间的差异均具有显著性(P<0.01)。PCNA的表达也呈现上述特点。③不同恶性度NHL的微血管密度随其恶性度的增高而逐渐升高,各级别之间的差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:CD_(44)在正常淋巴组织及NHL组织中具有不同的表达规律;把NHL中CD_(44)的表达与PCNA的表达及血管密度相结合,可作为判定NHL恶性度的可靠指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of CD_(44), proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and vWF:Ag in normal lymphoid tissues and different grades of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Methods: Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used. RESULTS: 1 In normal lymphoid tissues, CD_ (44) expression was strongly positive in small differentiated lymphocytes, and CD_ (44) was not expressed in germinal centers. 2 CDL (44) was expressed at different levels of different degrees of malignant NHL, among which CD_(44) was highly positive in high-grade and moderately malignant patients, and the positive rate of high-grade malignant patients was higher than that of moderately malignant patients. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Of the 10 cases of low-grade malignancy, only 2 cases were weakly expressed, and others were negative. The difference between the two cases was significant (P<0.01). PCNA’s expression also presents the above characteristics. 3 The microvessel density of NHL with different degrees of malignancy increased gradually with the increase of its malignancy, and the differences among the grades were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: CD44 has different expression patterns in normal lymphoid tissues and NHL tissues. Combining the expression of CD44 in NHL with PCNA expression and vascular density can be used as a reliable index to determine the malignancy of NHL.
