[目的]了解高密市常规免疫接种率监测情况。[方法]采用差值(D)和比值(R)评价方法对高密市20011年常规免疫接种率进行统计分析。[结果]2011年高密市各乡镇接种率报告完整率为100.00%,及时率为97.78%,卡介苗、乙肝、脊灰、百白破三联、含麻疹类、流脑A和乙脑、甲肝8种疫苗报告接种率分别为100.00%、99.87%、99.84%、99.82%、99.83%、99.87%、99.87%、99.88%;估计接种率分别为118.92%、117.46%、131.51%、125.52%、131.01%、125.19%、127.40%、105.95%;常规免疫疫苗的D值分别为18.92、21.10、35.19、27.27、31.25、28.46、31.47、8.44,均显示不可信;全市报告接种率R值:R1、R2、R6、R7、R8显示可信;R4、R5、R9、R10显示可疑R3、R11、R12显示不可信。[结论]高密市常规免疫接种率监测数据偏高。
[Objective] To understand the monitoring of routine immunization rate in Gaomi. [Methods] The difference (D) and ratio (R) evaluation methods were used to analyze the routine immunization rates of Gaomi in 2001. [Results] In 2011, the coverage rate of all townships in Gaomi was 100.00% and the timely rate was 97.78%. There were 8 kinds of BCG, hepatitis B, polio and diphtheria combined with measles, meningitis A and B, The inoculation rates of vaccines were 100.00%, 99.87%, 99.84%, 99.82%, 99.83%, 99.87%, 99.87%, 99.88% respectively. The estimated inoculation rates were 118.92%, 117.46%, 131.51%, 125.52%, 131.01% 125.19%, 127.40% and 105.95%, respectively. The D values of routine immunization vaccine were 18.92, 21.10, 35.19, 27.27, 31.25, 28.46, 31.47 and 8.44, , R7, R8 display credible; R4, R5, R9, R10 display suspicious R3, R11, R12 display is not credible. [Conclusion] The monitoring data of routine immunization rate in Gaomi City is high.
