观察高热对日本大耳白兔血清皮质醇(Cort)、泌乳素(PRL)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果表明高热时家兔上述指标呈典型的应激反应过程:(1)动物体温与受热时间呈正比,受热停止后1h,体温恢复至正常;(2)在实验期间Cort水平呈持续升高,受热停止后4h不降低;(3)PRL水平亦随体温升高而升高,受热3h升高至顶点,受热停止后4h略有恢复;(4)LPO在受热期间仅有轻度升高,在受热停止后4h升高至顶点;(5)SOD在受热初期升高,以后逐渐回落。
To observe the effects of hyperthermia on serum Cort, prolactin (PRL), lipid peroxidation (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in Japanese white rabbits. The results showed that the above indicators of rabbits in high fever showed a typical process of stress response: (1) The body temperature of animals was directly proportional to the duration of heat exposure, and the body temperature returned to normal 1 h after the cessation of heat. (2) Cort levels continued to increase during the experiment, (3) The level of PRL increased with body temperature, rose to the apex 3 h after heating, and recovered slightly 4 h after the cessation of heating. (4) LPO increased only slightly during the heating period, 4h after the fever stopped rising to the top; (5) SOD increased in the early heating, and then gradually fell.
