微RNA (miRNA)在转录后水平调节基因的表达,在人类及动物的各种生理及病理过程中起重要作用。 miR-141是miR-200家族的成员,通过与不同的靶点结合调控不同的信号通路来调节生理及病理条件下一系列的生物学进程,尤其是早期胚胎着床、正常妊娠、血管形成及肿瘤等方面作用尤为突出。因此,miR-141可以作为一种无创性的、新型的血浆标志物对疾病进行早期预测。“,”MicroRNA ( miRNA ) regulates gene expression on the post-transcription level, plays an important role all kinds of physiological and pathological processes in humans and animals.miRNA-141 (miR-141)is a member of the miR-200 family,through combining with different targets regulates different signaling pathways,in order to adjust the physiological and pathological conditions of a series of biological processes,especially in the early embryo implantation, normal pregnancy, angiogenesis and tumor.So, miR-141 can be a new type of plasma noninvasive marker to realize early prediction of diseases.
