针对泸天化股份公司尿素车间新系统尿素装置在原设计上为了避免爆炸性气体产生,要求氨和二氧化碳在高压洗涤器(203-C)内只能部分吸收,而将大量含氨和二氧化碳尾气减压后输送0.7MPa吸收塔(702-E)进一步吸收氨和二氧化碳,最后排放尾气中氨排放量较高,对环境和能耗控制极为不利。2006年脱氢装置的投运,将原料二氧化碳中的氢绝大部分脱除,大大提高了装置运行的安全性。在安全和技术各方面条件具备下,2013年12月我们在高压洗涤器(203-C)增加填料段,以提高203-C中氨和二氧化碳的吸收率,减少放空损失和降低环境污染,达到预期效果。
