在1978年对68例伴发于外耳炎、复发性中耳炎、感染乳突腔和鼓室成形术后的耳漏用甲氧苄胺嘧啶-多粘菌素B(Trimethoprim-PolymyxinB TP)和甲氧苄胺嘧啶-磺乙酰胺-多粘菌素B(Trimethoprim-Sulfacetamide-Polymyxin BTSP)滴耳液以双盲法对其疗效进行比较研究。TP液中含甲氧苄胺嘧啶(T.M.P.,即磺胺增效剂或抗菌增效剂)及多粘菌素B,再加入磺乙酰胺5mg/ml后即为TSP液。T.B.P.和磺乙酰胺均有阻断核酸生物合成的作用。T.M.P.能抑制二氢叶酸还原为四氢叶酸;磺乙酰胺能阻断对
In 1978, 68 patients with otitis media associated with otitis externa, recurrent otitis media, infection of the mastoid cavity and tympanoplasty were treated with trimethoprim-polymyxin B TP and trimethoprim Pyrimidine-sulfoacetamide-polymyxin B (Trimethoprim-Sulfacetamide-Polymyxin BTSP ear drops by double-blind method to compare their efficacy.
