目的:探讨超声波协同复合酶法对半边莲多糖提取率的影响。方法:以半边莲为原料,用超声波协同复合酶法提取多糖,通过单因素和正交试验对半边莲多糖的提取工艺进行优化。结果:超声波协同复合酶法提取半边莲多糖的最佳工艺条件为pH 4.0,料液比1∶40,超声波时间25 min,复合酶用量1.0%。结论:超声波协同复合酶法具有提取率高、工艺简单、节能的特点。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ultrasonic combined with enzyme on extraction rate of polysaccharides from Lobelia elata. Methods: The polysaccharides were extracted from the hybrids by ultrasonic and enzyme complex method. The extraction process of polysaccharide was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides by ultrasonic and enzyme complex were pH 4.0, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:40, the time of ultrasonic was 25 min and the amount of enzyme was 1.0%. Conclusion: The ultrasonic synergistic enzyme complex method has the characteristics of high extraction rate, simple process and energy saving.
