一、引言 工程设计是技术和经济上对拟建工程项目的实施进行全面的布置安排,它是工程组织实施的主要依据,是工程建设成败的关键之一。一项设计,除了自身的种种耗费外,还影响到整个工程造价、工期和质量。因此,设计阶段的监理就具有重要的意义,其目的在于预光控制。通过对设计过程的质量、进度和投资目标的有效控制,达到既要符合建设规范,又能满足业主对设计项目功能的要求,如期或提前完成设计任务。
I. INTRODUCTION Engineering design is a technical and economic comprehensive arrangement of the implementation of the proposed project.
