本文提出了在测齿高ｈ’ｓｆ＝ｒｅ－ｒ２下的新的阿基米德蜗轮齿厚近似计算公式，使齿厚计算精度比目前使用的提高了约２个数量级。文中给出了加工阿基米德蜗轮时计算剩余进刀量等所需要的各种参数下的加工系数图表。
In this paper, a new approximation formula of gear tooth thickness of Archimedes worm gear under the condition of tooth height h’sf = re-r2 is proposed, which improves tooth tooth thickness calculation accuracy by about two orders of magnitude compared with the current one. The paper gives the machining coefficient chart under the various parameters needed to calculate the remaining feed when machining Archimedes worm gear.
