研究了离心铝热法制造陶瓷衬里不锈钢短管的工艺。认为合适的条件是:离心分离因素为200,铝热剂与不锈钢短管的重量比为0.55~0.6,添加剂为锆英砂。陶瓷衬里管能够承受800℃的热冲击。讨论了预热温度和气相压力对陶瓷衬里层表面质量的影响。
Centrifugal aluminothermic process of manufacturing ceramic lined stainless steel short tube was studied. That the appropriate conditions are: centrifugal separation factor of 200, thermite and stainless steel short tube weight ratio of 0.55 ~ 0.6, the additive is zircon sand. Ceramic lining tube can withstand thermal shock 800 ℃. The effects of preheating temperature and gas phase pressure on the surface quality of ceramic lining were discussed.
