据“Steel Times”1992,(12)报道在高炉上,分有钟和无钟两种类型装料系统。在有钟炉顶装料系统中,小钟漏斗接收炉料后经大钟进入炉内。无钟炉顶系统以控制炉内料面高度方式布料。该系统主要由一个受料漏斗、两个原料储存料仓,两个料流调节阀和一个旋转溜槽等构成。对于1000m~3级以上的无钟高炉一般有10~11个角位,每一个角位都产生一个从此角度布料的料环,在炉内炉料分布结构
