2014年12月30日,浙江省消费者权益保护委员会正式向上海铁路运输法院递交消费维权民事公益诉讼走诉状,请求法院判令上海铁路局立即停止“强制实名制购票乘车后遗失车票的消费者另行购票”的行为。这是新《消法》实施以来,目前国内由消费者组织提起的第一例消费维权公益诉讼。据悉,今年以来,浙江省消保委陆续接到多位消费者的投诉,内容均涉及消费者实名购票乘车后不慎遗失车票,但车站方面拒绝消费者凭身份信息查询的要求,强迫消费者补票。
