探讨在饮水中加入 1 0mg/ml的维生素C时对氟(15 0mg/L饮水 )染毒大鼠全血和尿中游离氟的影响。结果表明 ,实验剂量的维生素C能明显提高饮用 15 0mg氟化钠 /L饮水的雄性大鼠血液中游离氟的水平 ,同时使大鼠尿中的氟浓度明显增高 ,尤其是在染毒的早期。为进一步研究氟中毒的防治提供重要的依据
