1、学习培训从决策层抓起 按照计划,中远集团及各公司的领导层将在两年之内完成工商管理培训并取证。为此,我们举办了“中远”(集团)总公司和在京单位领导干部工商管理培训班。集团领导、部门长和在京单位的经理、书记共50余人参加了学习。每月集中授课一次,大家都感觉收获很大。现在,集团领导层中,有3位在国内读MBA,其中2人已毕业,一位被安排去英国攻读MBA,已获英国东伦敦大学的硕士学位。集团魏家福总裁在取得大连海事大学运输管理专业的硕士学位后.又继续攻读博士学位。这些不仅体现了中远集
