5 生物大分子生物大分子中,蛋白质,核酸、磷脂等是重要的生命基础物质,研究它们的结构,构象等化学问题以阐明生命的奥秘是当今极为重要的研究课题。应用激光拉曼光谱除能获得有关组份的信息外,更主要的是它能反映与正常生理条件(如各种介质、温度、pH等)相似的结构变化信息,同时还可比较在各相中的结构差异,这是用其他仪器难以得到的成果。现分别扼要介绍如下。 (1)多肽和蛋白质多肽和蛋白质的分子链是同种或异种α氨基酸头尾相连的肽链,这种酰胺键的振动状态虽有九种(表6所示),但其中的酰胺A、B常被C—H伸缩和水分子振动所遮盖。酰胺Ⅱ、Ⅳ、
