本文对三元扭曲叶片叶轮离心风机内粒子运动轨迹及叶轮磨损情况进行了理论分析和实验研究。考虑风机叶片的三元扭曲特性,推得一整套三元扭曲叶片粒子反弹的计算公式.对三元扭曲叶片和单圆弧叶片的碰点分布进行了计算比较,前者比后者的分布均匀程度有所改善。用靠背管测量含尘与不含尘时的风机特性是可行的.试验证明,本文所用的两相流物理模型,其理论计算与试验结果有很好的一致性,对设计和制造耐磨性较好、效率较高的风机有一定的实用价值.
In this paper, the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the particle trajectory and the impeller wear in the trinocular twisted impeller centrifugal fan were carried out. Considering the ternary twist characteristics of the fan blades, a formula for calculating the particle rebound of a set of ternary twisted blades is deduced. The contact distribution of the ternary twisted blades and the single circular arc blades is calculated and compared. The former is more uniform than the latter it has been improved. It is feasible to measure the characteristics of blower with and without dust when the backrest pipe is used.The experiment proves that the physical model of the two-phase flow used in this paper has very good consistency between theoretical calculation and test results, Better, more efficient fan has some practical value.
