深迪公司研发推出6轴IMU惯性传感器SH200i产品,产品具有性能稳定、可靠性高、维护简便等优点。此次推出的6轴IMU惯性传感器SH200i集成3轴MEMS陀螺仪及3轴MEMS电容式加速度计,内置16Bit ADC,可实现高精度采样及数字化处理。该产品采用业界常规的LGA封装,共16引脚,尺寸为3.3×3.3×0.95mm,SPI/I~2C串行总线接口控制及通讯。主要应用功能包括姿态侦测、虚拟现实、导航等,主要目标终端为手机、平板、消费类无人机、空中鼠标、平衡车等,2016年二季度进入批量量产。
Shen Di company launched the research and development of 6-axis IMU inertial sensor SH200i products, products with stable performance, high reliability, easy maintenance and so on. The launch of the 6-axis IMU inertial sensor SH200i integrated 3-axis MEMS gyroscope and 3-axis MEMS capacitive accelerometer, built-in 16Bit ADC, for high-precision sampling and digital processing. The product uses the industry’s conventional LGA package, a total of 16-pin, size 3.3 × 3.3 × 0.95mm, SPI / I ~ 2C serial bus interface control and communications. The main application functions include attitude detection, virtual reality, navigation and so on. The main target terminals are mobile phones, tablet computers, consumer drone, aerial mouse, counterbalanced vehicles and so on. In the second quarter of 2016, the company will enter volume production.
