我县位于山西省最南部的山区地带,全县食品生产经营单位达1100余家,但我站仅有6名专职食品卫生监督员。为使食品卫生监督工作适应客观需要,提高监督质量和工作效率,我们于1989年建立了县、乡、村三级食品卫生管理网络,从而使食品卫生监督工作趋于完善化和科学化。我们的做法与体会是:1 加强监督执法队伍的建设建立完整有效的监督网络,是搞好食品卫生管理的关键环
My county is located in the southernmost mountainous area of Shanxi Province. There are more than 1,100 food production and operation units in the county, but there are only 6 full-time food hygiene supervisors in our station. In order to adapt food hygiene supervision work to objective needs and improve supervision quality and work efficiency, we established a three-level food hygiene management network at the county, township and village levels in 1989, so that food hygiene supervision work tends to be perfected and scientifically oriented. Our practices and understandings are as follows: 1. Strengthening the Construction of Supervision and Law Enforcement Team Establishing a complete and effective supervision network is the key to improving food hygiene management
