去年吉林省统计工作会议提出:“突破三点,重在县区”,是1990年全省统计工作的主攻点;今年会议强调,要继续坚持这一主攻方向,并从两个方面进一步深化了“重在县区”的含义.一是省、地两级要加强对县区统计工作的指导,帮助县区做一些实事,解决一此实际问题;二是县区自己要积极挖掘潜力,开创统计工作新局面. Last year, the Statistical Work Conference of Jilin Province proposed: “Breaking through three major points and focusing on the counties and districts” is the main thrust of the province’s statistical work in 1990; this year’s conference emphasized that we should continue to adhere to this main direction and further deepen the reform in two aspects First, at the provincial and prefectural levels, we should strengthen the guidance to counties in counties, help counties and districts do something practical and solve practical problems. Second, counties should actively tap the potentials and create New Situation of Statistics.
