目的为了加强实验动物的福利建设,针对目前灵长类实验动物生产单位的猴舍冬季保暖方式的局限性,本文详细介绍了一种猴舍自动控温的动物栖息装置系统。方法本套系统采用的是逆卡诺循环原理,以空气能热泵热水器作为供热源,将热水通过热镀锌铁管输入每间猴房,既能直接散热,又能作为猴子攀爬跳跃的嬉戏架。结果因为散热管网的水温温度保持在40℃左右,天冷时猴群基本上白天都喜欢呆在供热管上玩耍,而晚上则都蹲挤在供热管上睡觉。猴群的体况在冬季都能保持和平时一致。与上一年度相比,猴群的发病率和死亡率有明显的降低;而出生率和繁殖存活率也有所提高。结论本套装置系统具有丰富灵长类实验动物活动的空间层次、恒温可调和自动控制的特点,经过实测该系统具有供暖效果好、工作效率高、环保、节约人力和物力的显著优势。
Objective In order to strengthen the welfare construction of laboratory animals and address the limitations of current warm-keeping methods of monkey houses in primate experimental animal production units, this paper introduces a system of automatic temperature control of animals inhabiting homes. Method This set of system uses the inverse Carnot cycle principle to air to heat pump water heaters as a heat source, the hot water through the galvanized iron pipe into each room, both direct cooling, but also as a monkey climbing and jumping play frame. As a result, the water temperature of the cooling pipe network was kept at about 40 ° C. During cold weather, the monkeys enjoyed playing in the heating pipe for almost all day and sleeping on the heating pipe in the evening. The body condition of the monkeys can be kept in peace during the winter. Compared with the previous year, the morbidity and mortality of monkeys have been significantly reduced; while the birth rate and breeding survival rate also increased. Conclusion The system of this device is rich in spatial level, adjustable thermostat and automatic control of primate experimental animal activity. The measured system has obvious advantages of good heating effect, high working efficiency, environmental protection, manpower and material saving.
