布鲁氏菌病(简称“布病”)是由牛羊携带的布鲁氏菌传染人,引起变态反应性人畜共患病~([1])。临床以发热、多汗、肌肉关节疼痛,生殖系统改变等为主。2015年9月底,开县大进镇双龙桥村发生一起因饲养波尔山羊引发的人间布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情。3例布病感染者,其中2例为现患病例,1例为隐性感染者,为做好开县布病防治工作,对今后处理类似疫情提供借鉴,现将有关疫情处置结果报道如下。
Brucellosis (referred to as “brucellosis ”) is caused by brucellosis in cattle and sheep, causing allergic zoonotic diseases ([1]). Clinical fever, sweating, muscle and joint pain, reproductive system changes mainly. By the end of September 2015, a cluster of human brucellosis epidemic occurred in Boilongqiao Village, Dajin Town, Kaixian County, due to feeding Boer goat. Three cases of brucellosis infection, of which two cases of the current cases, one case of latent infection, in order to do Kai County prevention and treatment of brucellosis, the treatment of similar outbreaks in the future to provide reference, the disposition of the disease are reported below.
