在各种口腔疾病中,龋病发病率较高,能否将其控制在早期阶段并将其治愈,对维持口腔健康有重要意义。因此对早期釉质龋的治疗成为人们研究的一个焦点。目前临床研究显示:再矿化疗法、渗透树脂技术治疗早期釉质龋病具有非常好的疗效。再矿化疗法是将已脱矿及软化的釉质通过不同的处理方法使其发生再矿化,尽可能恢复其硬度,终止或修复早期釉质龋。氟化物、CPP-ACP被证实在抑制釉质的脱矿及促进脱矿釉质的再矿化方面有很好的效果,但氟化物的使用安全成为国内外研究人员争论的焦点。因此CPP-ACP相比于氟化物是一种更为安全的再矿化材料。渗透树脂技术是用微创的方法治疗早期釉质龋,一次完成治疗,能减少牙科恐惧症的发生,尤其适用于儿童。同时也受到越来越多牙体修复医师的关注。
In a variety of oral diseases, dental caries higher incidence, whether it can be controlled at an early stage and cure, is important to maintain oral health. The current clinical studies have shown that: remineralization therapy, osmotic resin technology for early enamel caries has a very good effect. Fluoride and CPP-ACP have been shown to be effective in inhibiting the demineralization of enamel and promoting remineralization of demineralized enamel. Infiltration resin technology is a minimally invasive treatment of early enamel caries, a complete treatment, can reduce the incidence of dental phobia, especially for children. At the same time, more and more dental restoration physicians are also concerned.
