利用透射电镜动态、静态观察了Cu-Zn合金中β′→α_1型贝氏体相变时贝氏体α片的形核与长大.发现一旦有α_1形成即伴有内部层错亚结构出现;初期α_1片的生长前端具有大的不连续的应力应变场,由此造成新α_1的诱发形核与跨越生长;初期α_1片的生长具有明显的层错面切变迹象.亦发现生长过程中α_1片的宽面有巨型合阶出现,但巨型台阶只有沿层错条纹衬度方向的“宏观”运动.遵从上述实事,本文给出了β′→α_1型贝氏体相变初期可能的原子切变过程.
The nucleation and growth of bainite α-sheet in the β ’→ α_1 bainite transformation in Cu-Zn alloys were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM) .It was found that the formation of α_1 was accompanied by the occurrence of the internal layer sub-structure ; The initial α_1 piece has a large discontinuous stress and strain field at the growth front, which results in the induced nucleation and spanning growth of the new α_1; the growth of the initial α_1 piece shows obvious signs of layer shear failure; In addition, there are macroscopic congruences on the wide faces of α_1, but there is only “macroscopic” movement of the giant step along the contrasting streaks of the stratum.According to the above facts, the possible atoms in the initial phase of β ’→ α_1 bainite transformation Shear process.
