0 概述 汽车发动机冷却水箱的生产过程中,在水箱挂锡冷却前,吹风装置用压缩空气将水箱内部的残留焊锡吹扫干净。吹风装置在工作时,产生强烈的喷射噪声,严重污染了水箱车间的生产环境,危害了工人的身心健康。 二汽水箱厂挂锡车间装有3台吹风装置(2台使用,1台备用),布置如图1所示。原吹风喷头为扁口大孔,在工作时,产生高达112dB(A)的噪声。我们利用小孔喷注消声原理,研制成功TXP—1型低噪声吹风装置,替代原有装置。插入损失达26.5dB(A),使车间噪声由112dB(A)下降到90.5dB(A)。
0 Overview Automotive engine cooling water tank in the production process, before the water tank hanging tin cooling device with compressed air to purge the residual water tank inside the solder clean. Hair dryer at work, resulting in a strong jet noise, seriously polluted the tank workshop production environment, endangering the physical and mental health of workers. Two steam tank factory linked tin workshop equipped with three hair dryer (2 units, 1 spare), the layout shown in Figure 1. The original hair dryer nozzle for the big holes in the work, resulting in up to 112dB (A) of the noise. We use the principle of orifice injection silencer, successfully developed TXP-1 low-noise hair dryer, replace the original device. Insertion loss of 26.5dB (A), the workshop noise from 112dB (A) down to 90.5dB (A).
