对高职院校毕业生进行思想政治教育的目的是为了提高学生的思想道德素养,使他们能在课程学习的过程中树立正确的价值观。然而目前各大高职院校的思想政治教育的教学现状却令人堪忧,广大学生的教育基础、性格、成长环境、心理等方面均存在一定程度的差异,同时所学专业和学科也各有不同,所以开展思想政治教育工作要因人而异,而学校在教学中却选择性地忽视这些差异的存在,忽略学生对差异化教育的需求。本文针对以上问题,分析高职院校在思想政治课程的教学观念转变和正确的认识学生个体差异的客观性重要性,研究高职毕业生的思想政治课程的差异化教学模式。
The purpose of the ideological and political education for graduates from higher vocational colleges is to improve students’ ideological and ethical accomplishments so that they can establish correct values in the process of curriculum learning. However, at present, the teaching status of ideological and political education in major vocational colleges is worrisome. There is a certain degree of difference in the basic education, character, growth environment and psychology among the majority of students. At the same time, Therefore, the work of carrying out ideological and political education varies from person to person. However, in teaching, the school selectively neglects the existence of these differences and ignores the students’ demand for differentiated education. In view of the above problems, this paper analyzes the importance of objectivity of the changes of teaching ideas in the ideological and political courses of higher vocational colleges and the correct understanding of the individual differences of the students, and studies the differentiated teaching mode of the ideological and political courses of the higher vocational graduates.
