研究探讨三倍体毛白杨碱性过氧化氢机械浆由漆酶介体体系进行生物改性和过氧化氢漂白后的各种主要的影响因素。利用LMS体系对APMP纸浆进行改性的最佳工艺条件为:在通氧气的条件下,漆酶用量2U·g-1,介体(HBT)用量0.5%(对绝干浆),浆浓4.0%,温度50℃,反应时间60min,pH值5.0。优化后漂白的最佳工艺条件为:NaOH4%(质量分数,下同),H2O25%,Na2SiO35%,MgSO40.1%,EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)0.5%,浆浓10%,漂白温度70℃,漂白时间1.5h。和对照浆相比,经过漆酶介体和漂白处理后的APMP的物理强度性能有了很大程度的改善。
The main factors influencing the biological modification and hydroperoxide bleaching of triploid alpaca alkaline hydroperoxide mechanical pulp by laccase mediator system were studied. The optimal conditions for the modification of APMP pulp using LMS system were as follows: laccase dosage 2U · g-1, dosage of HBT 0.5% %, Temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 60min, pH 5.0. The optimum conditions for the bleaching were: NaOH4% (mass fraction), H2O25%, Na2SiO35%, MgSO440.1%, EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) 0.5%, pulp concentration10%, bleaching temperature70 ℃, bleaching time 1.5h. Physical strength properties of the APMP after laccase mediation and bleaching treatment have been greatly improved compared to the control.
