对退火态和正火+回火态P9钢的高温蠕变性能及组织演变过程进行研究。通过对650℃不同应力下P9钢的蠕变曲线分析发现,其稳态蠕变速率与蠕变断裂时间满足Monkman-Grant关系。同时介绍蠕变安全性评估方法和连续蠕变损伤机制,讨论了P9钢的蠕变损伤机制。
The creep behavior and microstructure evolution of annealed and normalized and tempered P9 steels were studied. By analyzing the creep curves of P9 steel with different stresses at 650 ℃, the steady creep rate and creep rupture time satisfy the Monkman-Grant relationship. Creep safety assessment method and continuous creep damage mechanism are also introduced. The creep damage mechanism of P9 steel is discussed.
